About Us
Welcome to our website. My name is Ally, and I am 18 years old. I have always dreamed of owning a business, yet I never did anything to make it a reality. Over the past few years jumping in and out of lockdown, I had a bit of time on my hands and made a few candles. From there a passion grew. I instantly knew what was next in line for me to do, and that was to start a business, to put my products into the world... thus Lylana Candles was born.
Our candles are Hand-Made, Vegan, Cruelty-Free and the ingredients are locally sourced. Every step of the candle-making process is done in the studio by myself and with love.

Delivery Info
Useful information about your order processing and delivery.
When you place an order, we normally have it packed and shipped in 1-3 business days, however, sometimes that can be longer or shorter depending on our schedules, orders and stock. If there are extreme delays, (more than 7 days), we may get in contact with you to let you know, however, we try to keep up with demand, and rarely take more than 3 days to ship an order!
You can purchase your items online and have them shipped them directly to your doorstep. Shipping is free on orders over $80. On orders under that, we charge a flat rate of $10 Australia Wide.
Given the COVID-19 situation, delivery delays are expected, however, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

No, we are a 100% vegan and cruelty-free company.
